*All prints are not stocked & printed by order, sent to the printers then posted directly to ready_steady_shoot for inspection before being sent to customers,  this is to ensure quality. please be sure to order the correct items as this can not be changed at a later time. 

SHIPPING 

*From the time of order, the delivery is normally around 5-7 working days but can be slightly longer depending on backlog.

Please understand that if you order over the weekend, your order can't be ordered by RSS until Monday,  unless it's a bank holiday then it would be ordered Tuesday. 

RETURNS/REFUNDS

*we do no accept returns, we will however replace an order if proof of damage is sent.

We do not do refunds once we have placed your order to the printers, this is normally done quite quick after you place your order,  so if your order was a mistake, please be quick to email readysteadyshoot@outlook.com or contact us on one of our social media pages @ready_steady_shoot to find out if a refund would be possible.
